PHILOSOPHY: In our classes, seminars and instructional materials, the objective is to facilitate self-actualization through the learning process of the physical, psychological and survival skills that are offered by the Russian Martial Art System.
WHO ARE THE STUDENTS: Systema is ideal for people with no martial arts background and is excellent complementary skill set for soldiers and officers in law enforcement and security, as well as, experienced fighters of any martial arts and military backgrounds.
CLASS SIZE: To ensure individual approach and fast learning the average class size is 6-12 people.
AGE: Training is open to anyone 18 years of age and older.
CLOTHING: There are no uniforms. Loose pants with a belt and a t-shirt or any comfortable street clothing is recommended.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We also offer PRIVATE LESSONS, CORPORATE TRAINING, SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTION and SEMINARS that are available with any other component of training by appointment.
