I just completed the 4-day Annual Spring Knockout for 2012 at the I-90 school, great experience, excellent training, Kaizen provided a progression of instruction that afforded all of us students greater clarity regarding the method of Systema striking. Small class size gave each student individual attention and provided everyone the opportunity to address the subject matter specifically to themselves. The drills used gave a basis for building a proper foundation to strike correctly and to receive strikes in a manner that builds confidence in the practitioner. I would highly recommend taking this training when it is offered in the future
Kaizen delivers the unvarnished truth behind cultivating the peerless strikes delivered by top level Systema practitioners. Those willing to suspend conventional wisdom and engage the fundamental practices will be rewarded with new powers of striking they could not have previously imagined.
