Sytema develops skills by exploring and understanding Breathing, Relaxation, Natural Body Position and Movement to increase performance and create better living through Tension & Stress Management. This allows you to be physically, psychologically and spiritually calm as you learn to understand yourself.

 

Systema does not teach "martial arts" as commonly understood. The purpose of Systema is to enhance your survival, whoever you are, whatever you do. Many fighting systems are mainly applicable to security professionals. Survival, on the other hand, is for everyone. Systema can free the mind, strengthen the body, and cleanse the soul, creating individuals that are the foundations for building stronger families, communities and nations.
